How long does it take to set up a trade-in program?

Your trade-in program can be live in as little as one week. During that time we’ll ask for your feedback and your help to set up your trade-in program. In all, you’ll spend approximately an hour during the process.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We work on a month-to-month basis because we believe that trust and accountability are key to building lasting partnerships. If you’re not completely satisfied, you're free to cancel any time without a penalty.

Why should I offer a trade-in program?

A trade-in program is a great way to earn repeat business from customers and to highlight your commitment to sustainability. It’s also a great way to earn new revenue from reselling traded-in items and from customers who overspend the store credit they earned.

Who pays for shipping

We'll buy a shipping label on your behalf, and bill you for the cost each month. To offset the shipping costs, you may deduct a shipping fee of your choosing from each trade-in.
