Disputes are rare, but they happen. When they do, our Purchase Protection Program kicks in. Shoppers open a dispute by rejecting a purchase. The dispute is shared with the seller, who is asked to respond. Based on the information we receive, we determine a winner. If the buyer wins, we refund the purchase. Otherwise, the sale is upheld.
