I’m thrilled to announce that Julian Ong has joined our Board of Directors. Julian possesses a rare set of experiences and skills that will be immensely helpful as we grow our business. On a personal level, Julian has been a trusted friend and advisor for many years, always willing to lend a hand and provide sound advice when startup life gets complicated.

Julian was the former VP and General Counsel of smart electric vehicle maker, NIO USA. Prior to NIO, Julian served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Internet of Things platform, Jasper (acquired by Cisco), SVP, General Counsel, and Secretary of digital marketing automation software provider, Responsys, VP, General Counsel, and Secretary of human experience management software provider, SuccessFactors (acquired by SAP), and Deputy General Counsel of Salesforce.com.

Julian was also a board member of veterinary practice management provider, Vetter Software (which I also founded), from 2013 through its sale to DaySmart in 2021.

Julian received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in electrical engineering from Stanford University, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley.
