Baabuk launches pre-loved marketplaces in Switzerland and the US
Baabuk, the Swiss footwear and accessories brand known for its naturally sustainable wool products, has launched pre-loved marketplaces in Switzerland and the United States on our platform.
This initiative reflects Baabuk’s ongoing commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices. By creating a resale platform, Baabuk is extending the lifespan of its products while giving customers new ways to engage with the brand. Customers in Switzerland and the U.S. can now list their pre-loved Baabuk items alongside retired and slightly imperfect products sold directly by Baabuk. Earnings from sales can be redeemed as cash or store credit—with a bonus for choosing credit—or used to make purchases within the marketplaces.
Our shoes and accessories are built to last with intentionally durable materials and quality construction. That means many pairs outlive their originally expected lifespan. Now, in partnership with The Again Co., we’re able to expand our resale marketplaces—giving customers the chance to directly participate in sustainable fashion. Instead of letting past-season styles sit unused in the closet—or worse, end up in landfills—customers can now offer those items a second life. And buyers, whether discovering Baabuk for the first time or searching for a favorite style from seasons past, gain a budget-friendly way to shop.”

Partnering with us enables Baabuk to support customers in both Switzerland and the U.S., with plans to expand into additional European and global markets. The marketplaces include built-in domestic shipping through Swiss Post and the U.S. Postal Service, as well as payment options in local currencies.
A family-owned company with employees across three continents, Baabuk is acutely aware of the global impact of its business. Founded in 2013 and certified as a B Corp since 2016, Baabuk has sold more than 100,000 pairs of shoes in over 60 countries worldwide. At the heart of its identity is wool—a natural, renewable, and durable material often called a “miracle fiber.”
