1. Design

We start every relationship with a one-hour discussion of goals, timelines, and responsibilities. Everyone who will be involved in the project is invited. We’ll use the information we collect to design your program.

2. Build

As we prepare your program, you’ll be invited to provide feedback on our progress, which we’ll incorporate into our work. We’ll also ask for your help with providing assets and installing our Shopify app.

3. Review

When we finish building, we’ll walk through the entire experience together. You’ll also have the opportunity to test everything on your own. We’ll make changes based on your feedback until you're completely satisfied.

4. Launch

The night before the launch, we’ll make sure that everything is ready behind the scenes. We’ll also support your marketing efforts with our own announcements through social media, our blog, and website.
