How will reselling in your marketplace help my business?

A notnot store will expose your brand to new shoppers who are looking for sustainable shopping options and values. The collective draw of all of our partners will drive exposure for your brand. Also, you’ll earn back more from reselling returns, overstock, and other pre-loved inventory than you would any other way, which will help cut costs.

What kind of a commitment do I have to make?

None. We work on a month-to-month basis because we believe that trust and accountability are key to building a long-term partnership. If you’re not completely satisfied, you're free to cancel any time without a penalty.

How and when will I get paid?

You’ll earn credit for a sale as soon as you ship the order. We’ll automatically transfer your total earnings to your bank account following the end of each month.

How long will it take to set up my store?

Your notnot store can be live in minutes (really). If you use Shopify, install our Shopify app to automatically sync your catalog, customers information, and orders with your notnot store. If you don’t use Shopify, send us your catalog and we’ll import it for you for free. Once your catalog has been imported, creating a listing takes seconds.

How much does it cost to sell in your marketplace?

It’s free to apply, set up your account, and list items for sale. When your item sells, we charge 15% of the sale price. Our fee covers the cost of processing payments, insuring shipments, providing customer support, and more.

How do I get started?

The first step is to submit an application. A member of our team will review your application, and reach out with any questions. If your application is approved, you’ll receive a link to your new account so that you can begin setting it up. Don’t worry, we’ll be there to help you at every step of the process.
